Why Do We Process Personal Data?

When we offer our service, our customers are data controllers so they are responsible for any personal data processing involved in the provision of this service. We only process personal data on their behalf and upon their instructions.

Also, we continuously improve the functionality of our website and service, and in this regard, we are the personal data controller for the processing of personal data in relation to the improvement of our services.

How Do We Process The Personal Data?

We store personal data regarding cookies for twenty-four (24) months. When information regarding IP-address is collected by the tracking pixel it is read by our system and instantly deleted after it has been matched with our database of companies if a match is not found. Only IP-addresses belonging to registered companies are therefore stored by The Cosy Nook. If you are a user/clients on the website, the IP-address is personal data and will be stored for a period of twelve (12) months.

Your rights according to the GDPR Regulation are the right to information about the processing (provided to you here, in this privacy statement); the right to access personal data relating to you; the right to have such data rectified, erased or restricted from processing; the right to object to our processing of personal data; as well as the right to not be subject to automatic decisions and the right to data portability. You may also opt out from receiving information from me at any time and ask me to remove your contact information from my database.



The Cosy Nook reserves the right to modify these terms of service at its discretion or against any client We believe is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised terms of service on the or website.



All The Cosy Nook packages must be paid in full at least 5 full working days prior to the consultation.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy whereby The Cosy Nook can offer a 50% refund, or you can reschedule once with no fee. There are no refunds for group coaching packages. This is due to the unique nature of the coaching and the time of preparation before the consultation being accounted for. Contracts for one-to-one services can not be cancelled for a full refund.

If a client’s structure is outside the Dublin City limits (dictated by the M50) and the client requests an In-Person consultation, the client must contact The Cosy Nook to schedule for an agreed upon travel charge. This travel charge must be paid at least 5 working days prior to the consultation date.

If a structure is more than 2500 square feet, the client must contact The Cosy Nook directly for a quote.

When payment for a consultation is processed, the consultation must be booked within 6 months of the date of payment. There are no refunds for consultations bookings that are neglected outside of the 6 month period.

For gift certificates, consultations must be booked within a year of the purchase of the gift voucher. Refunds are not possible after the year from which the voucher was purchased.
